About Coach Lil

Hi! I am so glad you're here!

Let's talk about Women in transition. I know what it's like to be stuck. I've walked and I am still walking in your shoes. I know how difficult it can be to get motivated and take steps to make change. How do I know what steps to take and how do I get to where I want to be?

It's hard to sit still and watch your life pass you by! You are in the driver's seat and you know there is something out there for you.

Who Am I?

My name is Lileen. I am a Certified, Professional Life and Leadership Coach specializing in Transition Coaching for Women who aspire to embark on the next steps to transition to better opportunities and possibilities.

What I Do

I will help guide you from breakdown-to-breakthrough by generating conversations through asking powerful questions that bring out a woman's strength, self-worth, dignity, and courage. As the drivers of their life women have the architect to reinvent, redesign, and rediscover the passions that help them thrive. Through Aspire! professional life coaching, I work with women in areas of personal and professional growth and career change.

What do I stand for?

I stand for self-truth, self-worth, courage, and dignity for myself and all others. My inner capacities include respect, humility, and connectedness. I believe every woman must identify her values and stand in her own power. I embrace the opportunity to inspire other women to take that first step by sharing my story--of transition from feelings of hopelessness--to courage. I share my story to help build up troubled spirits with renewed hope and passion for life.
Coaching women helps me to love myself. Coaching women helps me to continue to discover my own unique passions. My desire is to mirror those feelings to you.
